# WHAT IS VIP ADMISSION?
VIP Admission gets you FRONT ROW seating, for those who wish to be up-close and personal during the presentations.
There are only 16 of these seats available.

# WHEN DO THE EARLY BIRD TICKET PRICES END?
July 23rd, 2015 - Prices will increase by $40
Prices for tickets at the door on the day of the event will be more.
# WILL I GET MY TICKET IN THE MAIL?
No, credentials will be issued during registration beginning on Friday Oct.2nd at 4pm.
Please remember to print your Paypal receipt after purchasing your tickets and bring it with you on the day of the event.
# IT STATES THAT THERE IS LIMITED SEATING AVAILABLE, HOW MANY TICKETS ARE THERE?
Only 125 tickets are available for purchase with 16 of them being front-row VIP tickets.
This is an up-close and personal event where you will be able to interact with our guest speakers.
# WHAT ARE THE PARTNER VENDOR TABLES?
In the side room next to speaking hall will be a place for our Partner Vendors to sell and promote their goods.
There are a limited amount of tables available for this particular venue. There will only be 19 tables available to rent with a maximum of two people per table. Each person must pay full entrance fee but the table fee of $40 is only paid once. Vendors are invited to participate in the complimentary buffets.
# ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT?
We highly discourage bringing children to this event for two reasons:
1. The subject matter may be too intense for young minds
2. As a courtesy to the rest of the guests so that nothing will be missed by an unruly or noisy child.
# IS THE MAGNUSON A PET FRIENDLY HOTEL?

# WILL I BE REQUIRED TO WEAR A WRISTBAND?
On the day of registration you will be issued credentials that must be kept with you for the entire event.
At this time it has not been determined if it will be wristbands or a lanyard.
# WHAT IS A SKYWATCH WITH "MAST"?
MAST stands for MUFON AERIAL SURVALLENCE TEAM. Bill Schroeder, State Section Director for Tampa Bay MUFON, will be setting up a table with skywatching, night-vision equipment on Friday night in hopes of catching a UFO otherwise known as a "Target of Interest" in MAST terms.
This will be set-up outside on the deck and should be an awesome and interesting activity for all.
# ARE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES PERMITTED?
There will be a bar operating from 5pm until midnight on Friday for the meet and greet. After that, alcohol will not be allowed in the Lecture Room for the remainder of the event.
# WHAT IF ITS RAINING?
The only change that will take place in the case of rain is the cancellation of the MAST Skywatch.
# ARE RECORDING DEVICES ALLOWED
No. The information presented by the speakers is their intellectual property and rights belong to them.
No recording devices of any kind will be allowed during the lectures and presentations.
# THESE ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED
Guns, Knives and other weapons.
Pets, other than Service Animals.
